  • Cloud Seeding Gone Awry

    Cloud Seeding Gone Awry

The latest flooding in Luzon has nothing to do with Habagat – it’s the outcome of cloud seeding during moonsoon season. What were these people thinking?

    https://www.facebook.com/share/v/18Vmwx2RFm

    My initial inquiry reported:

In 2026, cloud seeding operations in Tuguegarao City and the broader Cagayan Valley region were placed on hold as the onset of the rainy season provided natural rainfall, rendering artificial intervention unnecessary.

Although the Department of Agriculture (DA) had previously allocated a budget of ₱6 million in May 2026 to mitigate the effects of El Niño, officials confirmed that operations were suspended once significant rains began.

The DA and its Task Force El Niño are keeping cloud seeding capabilities on standby, ready to be activated only if prolonged dry conditions recur during the year.

A follow up inquiry showed that the cloud seeding wasn’t put on hold despite the onset of the rainy season.

Cloud Seeding in Tuguegarao / Cagayan Valley – 2026

Cloud seeding operations in Cagayan Valley were actively conducted in July–August 2026, not simply placed on hold.

    Here’s a fuller picture:

    Background & Trigger

A strong El Niño emerged in 2026, threatening to cut Philippine rice output by as much as 700,000 metric tons. The Department of Agriculture (DA) revived its Task Force El Niño in May 2026. In Cagayan Valley specifically, below-normal rainfall had reduced the Magat Reservoir to near its minimum operating level, drying up roughly 31,000 hectares of rice fields served by the Magat River Integrated Irrigation System and delaying land preparation across 90,000+ hectares of irrigated farmland.

    Planning & Budget

March 2026: DA Cagayan Valley (RFO 2) began intensifying preparations, coordinating with the Philippine Air Force (PAF), Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), and National Irrigation Administration (NIA).

July 2026: DA formally launched ₱2.76 million worth of cloud seeding operations over the Magat Watershed, with a planned window of July through September and 30 hours of seeding sorties allocated.

    Execution (August 2026)

A PAF-supervised Piper Aztec aircraft dispersed vacuum-dried sodium chloride into moisture-laden cumulus clouds at roughly 4,500 feet altitude, after radar and atmospheric assessments confirmed favorable cloud formations.
The PAF completed six cloud-seeding sorties over target areas including Alicia and Jones (Isabela), Solano (Nueva Vizcaya), and Maddela (Quirino).
The operations produced light to moderate rainfall, restoring soil moisture for rice and corn and contributing to the gradual replenishment of the Magat Reservoir.
One mission on August 3 was postponed due to unfavorable weather from Tropical Depression Luis, though TD Luis’s own rainfall also helped boost Cagayan Valley water reserves.
The PAF reported that the combined effect of seeding and natural rain raised the Magat Dam water level to 162.90 m above sea level, three meters above the critical 160-m threshold.

    Tuguegarao’s Specific Role

Tuguegarao City, capital of Cagayan province, serves as a key observation and coordination hub. Sky and cloud spotters are stationed there (along with sites in Iguig, Enrile, Ilagan, and others) to monitor cloud formations and report rainfall. The city and its surroundings are among the targeted areas for seeding flights.

Broader DA Strategy (as of late August 2026)

On August 30, the DA ordered all regional offices to shift to preventive measures rather than post-damage assistance. The strategy includes:

Expanding cloud seeding and deploying solar-powered irrigation systems
Adjusting planting calendars to align with the Habagat (NE monsoon)
Distributing drought-tolerant seed varieties and diversifying crops (mung bean, watermelon, corn, onion)
Strengthening crop insurance and emergency financial assistance for vulnerable farmers
The PAF confirmed it remains on standby to provide ongoing technical and aviation support for future seeding operations should dry conditions recur.

𝗜𝗻 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝘀, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗔𝗙 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻.

The fix is on. The government is covering up their cloud seeding operations – and shifting the blame to a typhoon outside the PAR.

    These people are DUMB FUCKS!

Meanwhile, we continue with our mitigation efforts to prevent more widespread flooding in Northern Luzon.

  • Set up Your Compass – Sky Defense 101

Set up Your Compass – Sky Defense 101

Let us assume that you are using an Android smart phone.

Here’s a quick how to – How to Turn Your Android Phone into a Compass – Install, Calibrate, and Tips for Accurate Direction

1st – make sure to download the app from Google Play Store. Here are some apps you can consider.

    2. Turn on Location Settings .

Turning on the location settings helps compass calibrate quicker.

You can turn off Location Settings after you have calibrated your compass.

    3. Calibrate your Compass app

Calibrate your compass so you can orient your location to the global positioning system.

    4. Get your bearings. Find your North

With your compass open and calibrated, find your North – 0°.

Wherever you are in the Philippines, here’s our directions guideline / coordinate system:

    • North is 12 o clock.
    • East is 3 o clock (sunrise).
    • South is 6 o clock.
    • West is 9 o clock (sunset)

    5. Target identification

In this example, our identified target is Typhoon Saudel/Obet.

For those in Manila/NCR, pyramids and sky guardians will be pointed to the 2:30 position. If you have multiple devices, you can target different parts of Typhoon Saudel/Obet – 2:00, 2:30, and 3:00.

For those in Davao City, pyramids and sky guardians will be pointed to the 1:00 position. Multiple devices will be spread out to cover 12:30, 1:00, and 1:30.

And with that said, it’s time to LOCK and LOAD, LET’S ROLL.

  • Habagat and Shadow Bans

    Habagat and Shadow Bans

FB has gone wonky – we can’t post to our original page.

They shadow banned us… we kept growing..
    they offered advertising ..
    we refused.. and kept growing..
their latest crap is to have us verify our identity with 2 factor authentication – which I have complied with… and we still cannot post to our original page.

Thus we have set up a new Orgone Philippines Site 2 on Facebook.

As a backup, we will also provide instructions for suppressing the fake habagat and man-made typhoons here.

    Update #1 – Habagat

Aite.. we are coming in… from our location

    • the red arrows have been in place for the past 2 days

to address the moonsoon aggressively – note that the vortex in the 8:30 position, relative to Davao City … that’s driving the winds to flow from the south to North East.. we need to shut that vortex (Northwest tip of Malaysia) down .. and another vector to our 6:00

    • the yellow arrows were deployed just now 1731H – note the forecasters will claim that Super El Nińo has expanded to Indian Ocean .. that’s US.. O.P. not effin El Nińo ..

    Update #2 – Typhoon Saudel

For those who are in NCR who want to take aim at Typhoon Saudel / Obet, a guide is provided below.

Update #3 – Sea Surface Temperature

We have been paying attention to the sea surface temperature recently because this is an indicator of El Nińo.

We have now opted to take strategic action to cool down the sea surface temperature of the Western Pacific. This reduces the available heated surface from which storms can be generated closer to our Philippine shores – this pushes storm formation further to the Eastern Pacific .. and the Atlantic.

Their weather forecasting fear porn machinery can keep on spewing BS – but, it will be all talk, storms will be short lived – and the blowback will keep on snowballing on the Western hemisphere until they shap out of their weather modification insanity!

Spread the word – this website will be our HQ for sharing tactical information that will save lives and property.

  • Another Typhoon?

    Another Typhoon?

Got the heads up from WestpacWx aka Kuya Robert. He reported that

this is one particular output with our futurecast here showing a storm developing and moving into the Philippine Sea.

Rain is good. Typhoons are not good, full stop.

Weather defense station prepped. Locked and loaded.

    • Smaller pyramids to secure the perimeters.
    • Powered XL pyramids and Sky Guardian for the kill.

System is live. Warakan time na naman.
    It’s go time.

The best flood control strategy is to address the root cause – excessive downpours from storms and typhoons. 🤓

It’s not rocket science – By resolving the root cause we are able to save lives and property without the profligate wasteful spending on flood control projects of the state.

    Sharing is caring 🥰👇

  • Bavi – The Short-Lived Super Typhoon

Bavi – The Short-Lived Super Typhoon

Well, Bavi really is a super tyhoon, just like Sinlaku. Here’s the thing – when the forecasters predicted a super typhoon that would hit the Philippines after leaving a trail of damage in the Marianas – we paid more attention. And when we pay attention – things have a way of easing out.

With all our heaviest hitters focused on quake prevention and mitigation – a virtual handicap for a year, we are fortunate to have a “deep bench” so to speak.

Here’s the timeline of Bavi’s approach to the Philippines, where the supertyphoon became a typhoon.

    July 3, 2026

    July 5, 2026

    July 6, 2026

    July 7, 2026

    July 9, 2026

    July 10, 2026

    July 11, 2026

At this point, we cut Bavi loose and prepare for the next round.

  • Defense of the Manila Trench

    Defense of the Manila Trench

We ran an experiment roughly 2 weeks ago, June 17 – where we pointed the pyramids to the locations of the quake swarms in the Manila Trench. We observed a substantial reduction of swarms. When we removed the pyramids, the swarms returned.

The recent geoscience alert from Estación de Monitoreo Río Gallegos (Santa Cruz, Patagonia Argentina) validates our position – HAARP is amplifying the tectonic movements.

A viral video shows several powerful beams of light sweeping across the ground in Venezuela, just moments before an earthquake. According to those sharing this footage, it wouldn’t be a natural phenomenon, but rather lasers or directed energy technology used to trigger or amplify the quake. Others explain that it could be the famous “earthquake lights” (Earthquake Lights), a rare but scientifically documented phenomenon, caused by pressure on rocks that ionizes the air.

With that said, our take is if HAARP is involved, it can be neutralized.

Last night, June 29, 2026 – we issued targeting instructions for Manila-based owners of XL Orgonite Pyramids.

From our end, this is our solution.

Here’s how the implementation looks like. We determine our bearings and point the orgonite devices towards that direction.

    𝘼𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙡𝙖 𝙏𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙝

3 powered units, 2 pyramids and 1 sky Guardian

This disrupts the quake generating carrier waves from HAARP..

The swarm will reduce, die down, and stop.

July 1, 2026 – Preliminary results are out.

Quake swarms subside within 22 hours after orgonite devices were pointed at the Manila Trench,

I noted the quakes in Sarangani. Orgonite devices will be pointed towards Sarangani.

    ___________________________

When ░H░A░A░R░P░ is involved, it can be neutralized.

Disrupt the quake generating carrier waves and you counter the threat.

But you gotta do your part – and take action and invest in your life. How much is your life worth? How much is your future worth? How much is the lives of your loved ones worth?

This life changing decision will tell you about your priorities – and yourself.

There is no middle ground. You are either in the fight as an active player – or you are a statistic, an NPC – a Non-Playing Character.

If there is an item worth investing in at the moment when we are under assault from DEWs targetting the tectonic plates – invest in your safety, your life .. getting an XL Orgonite Pyramid is your best bet.

All Orgonites from Orgone Philippines are 6G Ready

    * For the emerging FR3 range (7–24 GHz), wavelengths range from roughly 4.3 cm (at 7 GHz) down to 1.25 cm (at 24 GHz).

    * Holes in the shield (spacing between metal shavings) must be smaller than the wavelength to be effective.

    _________________________

    𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁:

The Philippines has indicated its intent to join the 6.425–7.125 GHz band for IMT-2030 (6G) by 2027, aligning with other Asian nations. This band is critical for 6G development, balancing coverage and capacity.

Key spectrum considerations for 6G in the Philippines include:

𝙐𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙞𝙙-𝘽𝙖𝙣𝙙 (𝙁𝙍3): Frequencies between 7–24 GHz are emerging as focal points for 6G, offering a compromise between sub-6 GHz coverage and millimeter-wave capacity.

𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: The 7.125–15.35 GHz range is slated for study at the WRC-27 (World Radiocommunication Conference 2027) to secure availability for 6G coverage.

Current 5G Bands: The Philippines is planning to assign 3.6–4.0 GHz (with temporary testing in 3.7–3.8 GHz) as a foundation for future 6G evolution.

    𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙩𝙝, the 6.425–7.125 GHz band corresponds to a wavelength of approximately 4.2 to 4.7 centimeters (calculated as $c/f$, where $c \approx 3 \times 10^8$ m/s).

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗥𝟯 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 (𝟳–𝟮𝟰 𝗚𝗛𝘇), 𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝟰.𝟯 𝗰𝗺 (𝗮𝘁 𝟳 𝗚𝗛𝘇) 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝟭.𝟮𝟱 𝗰𝗺 (𝗮𝘁 𝟮𝟰 𝗚𝗛𝘇).

    𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗿𝘂𝗽𝘁 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀

𝘿𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: Generate a new wave with the same frequency and wavelength but with inverted amplitude (opposite phase). When this wave overlaps with the original, they cancel each other out. This is how noise-canceling headphones work for sound, but it is difficult for radio waves because you cannot process and emit the counter-wave faster than the electromagnetic wave travels.

𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘼𝙗𝙨𝙤𝙧𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: Use materials that reflect or absorb the wave energy. Conductive materials like aluminum foil or copper mesh (Faraday cages) block radio waves by reflecting them or inducing currents that dissipate the energy. Holes in the shield must be smaller than the wavelength to be effective.

𝙅𝙖𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜: Emit high-power noise or random signals on the same frequency to degrade the signal-to-noise ratio, making the original signal unintelligible. This disrupts communication rather than physically canceling the wave.

  • The Great Quake of 2026

    The Great Quake of 2026

    June 7, 2026 0737H GMT+8

    Woke up to swaying.

Ran outdoors to open space, dropped and touched the ground with my hands.

Dashed for reinforcements – my heavy hitters.

    Tips pointed down

    And.. poof… Gone

This quake wasn’t supposed to reach Magnitude 7+

But, ionospeheric heater operators can’t resist piggy backing on a natural phenomenon (planetary alignments, geomagnetic storm).

Without the mitigation provided by Orgonite pyramids and Classic Sky Guardians pointed downward, this would have been really catastrophic.

For context, if this happened in other countries.. the results would be total devastation.

Pay attention to the damage caused considering the magnitude.. that’s where the subtle magic lies. As of June 8. 2026, Philippine daily Inquirer reported 35 fatalities.

Iran , one of the world’s most seismically active regions, with a history of devastating events such as the 1990 Gilan earthquake (7.4 Mw), which killed between 35,000 and 50,000 people

The Cotabato 1976 Midnight Killer had 8,000 fatalities.

The 1976 Moro Gulf earthquake, also known as the Midnight Killer, was a magnitude 8.1 seismic event that struck offshore Mindanao, Philippines, on August 17, 1976, at 12:11 AM. Caused by thrust faulting along the Cotabato Trench, the earthquake triggered a devastating tsunami with waves up to 9 meters high, which was responsible for approximately 85% of the deaths.

The disaster resulted in an estimated 8,000 fatalities, 10,000 injuries, and 90,000 homeless individuals, with the coastal provinces of Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao, and Zamboanga City suffering the most severe damage. Cotabato City was heavily impacted by ground shaking and structural collapses, while tsunami waves devastated communities along the 700-kilometer coastline bordering the Moro Gulf. This remains the deadliest and strongest earthquake recorded in Philippine history.

It’s global folks. Geomagnetic storm plus planetary allgnments.

GREECE SHAKEN BY THREE EARTHQUAKES IN MINUTES

Residents across central Greece were startled today as a rapid series of earthquakes struck within a matter of minutes, sending tremors across the region and triggering hundreds of reports from people who felt the ground move.

The strongest quake measured M5.2, followed by M4.9 and M4.3, creating a wave of concern as seismic activity unfolded near Chalkida and Límni.

For many residents, it wasn’t just one earthquake…

It was the fact that the ground kept shaking again and again.

🌍 Greece sits along one of Europe’s most active seismic zones, where the movement of tectonic plates can produce sudden and powerful earthquakes.

As experts continue to monitor the situation, many are watching closely to see whether additional aftershocks will follow.

Alaska hit by 100+ earthquakes in 24 hours

A powerful 7.0 quake and dozens of strong tremors are shaking the region, with seismic activity surging far beyond normal levels.

Even more alarming, nearby Tanaga Volcano is now under increased alert as underground pressure builds — raising fears this isn’t just a typical quake swarm.

Experts warn the shaking could continue for days… with risks of larger quakes, landslides, or even tsunamis still on the table.

So is this just a temporary seismic burst — or the start of something much bigger

    So, how does it work?

Understand that the damage caused by quakes is due to wave propagation. Counter the wave – and you reduce the wave propagation. Reduce the wave propagation, and you reduce the damage.

The shift is on. Separation of worlds is in full swing.

    Alchemise.. Transmute

  • The Heavy Hitters

    The Heavy Hitters

These are our “heavy hitters”. These aren’t for your coffee table – these are SOLDIERS. 😎 Veterans of the weather wars (notably Beryl, Milton, Helene over Florida, Sinlaku, Jangmi.. and many more) and are still in active service.

The black pyramids contain activated charcoal – a component used by the British RAF in WW2 to give their airplanes stealth mode. The technical term for orgonite, as far as we are concerned is RAM / Radiation Absorbent Material.

We use fine metal shavings and powdered crystals in order to optimize the ability to break even 6G wavelengths – a process similar to the manufacturing of the F117 stealth airplanes.

Not satisfied with embedding with tensor tech – we hooked it up to 220V. So not only are they harvesting ambient EMF radiation – they are also harvesting the EMF radiation in electric power lines to amplify the magnitude 10X, one top of undecillion bovis units – with the additional benefit of lowering our electric bills.

In the lower photo we only stuck one electrode – basically 110V, for quicker deployment. Sticking in two electrodes as is a bit more tricky as we have to insure that there is no current flowing between the electrodes – or the orgonite will blow up into flames 🤣

And the magnets? – One magnet magnifies the amplitude 2X.

As you can tell, these aren’t pretty – scarred even because they are meant to fight.

p.s. – We have one of these units along the border of France and Switzerland – just one hour from CERN. Any negative entities that come out will be dealt with quickly – the last thing they will remember is an implosion as they are returned to the Great Central Sun.
