Orgonite is used to mitigate the adverse effects of a type of electromagnetic radiation.
What is EMF Radiation?
Electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation consists of invisible energy waves produced by electrically charged objects, encompassing both naturally occurring sources like the Earth’s magnetic field and sunlight, as well as human-made sources such as power lines, cell phones, and Wi-Fi routers.
These fields are categorized by frequency into static fields, extremely low frequency (ELF) fields from electrical appliances, and radiofrequency (RF) fields used for wireless communication and microwaves.
EMFs are divided into two primary types based on their energy levels:
- Non-ionizing radiation: This includes radio waves, microwaves, and visible light, which do not have enough energy to remove electrons from atoms. While high-intensity non-ionizing radiation can cause tissue heating, the WHO classify RF fields as possibly carcinogenic .
- Ionizing radiation: This high-energy radiation, such as X-rays, gamma rays, and ultraviolet light, has sufficient energy to strip electrons from atoms and damage DNA, posing known health risks like cancer.

Operating Principles
In general, there are two phenomena used to explain how orgonite works. Most explain its workings based on piezoelectricity, and more recently, electrostriction . Note that piezoelectricity and electrostriction are two sides of the same orgonite coin.
Piezoelectricity is the electric charge that accumulates in certain solid materials—such as crystals, certain ceramics, and biological matter such as bone, DNA, and various proteins—in response to applied mechanical stress.

Electrostriction** (cf. magnetostriction) is a property of all electrical non-conductors, or dielectrics, that causes a change in shape under the application of an electric field. The mechanical deformation induced in the material is proportional to the strength of the applied electric field, and *the direction of the induced strain can be changed by reversing the polarity of the electric field*.
A dielectric, or electrical insulator, is a material that is highly resistant to the flow of an electric current. Polymer epoxy resin is a dielectric or an insulator.
Ionic Interactions
We need to understand ions and how they interact. The definition of an ion is a particle, atom, or molecule with an imbalance of electrical charge. They contain different numbers of protons and electrons. Ions form when atoms move into a more stable electron configuration.

There are two types of ions: cationsand anions. A cation has a net positive electrical charge, which means it has more protons than electrons (acidic). An anion has a net negative electrical charge, which means it has more electrons than protons (alkaline). Cations are produced when an electron is removed, while anions are produced when an electron is added.
The Transmutation Process
- Polymer epoxy resin, metal shavings, and crystals are mixed and poured into differently shaped molds to form a composite material – a solid material that results when two or more different substances, each with its own characteristics, are combined to create a new substance whose properties are superior to those of the original components. The composite material or composite for short is called “orgonite”. The generic term is “orgone generator”, O G for short.
- Metal shavings strengthens the structural stability of the dielectric resin in the face of microwave vibrations – and ensures a consistent compression of the crystals.
- Electrically dominant waves are reflected by highly conductive metals like copper, silver, and brass, while magnetically dominant waves are absorbed/suppressed by a less conductive metal such as blue steel and/or cast iron.
- The crystals are manually compressed in the composite material . The compressed crystals create an electric field (crystal lattice) which has an abundance of electrons or anions (piezoelectricity).
- Exposure to microwave vibrations (wi-fi routers, smartphones, blue tooth devices, GWEN towers, NEXRAD, etc) begin. Microwave frequencies dislodge the electrons in the metal and resin.
- The resin and metal shavings structural mobility changes slightly due to the microwave vibration (*electrostriction*) and the *excess energy is released as heat*.
- The compressed crystal keeps sending out electrons (or piezoelectricity) to replace the electrons dislodged by the microwave from the metal shavings and the surroundings (including your body).
- The electromagnetic field radiation is attenuated by the electron abundant electric field of the compressed crystals (*the krystalline lattice*) . The energy released or emitted by the orgonite can be seen as consistent and perpetual stream of healthy orgone energy – a surplus of anions.
- The EMF radiation source is exposed to the regions of swimming negative ions in the orgonite matrix – recursively transmuting the radioactive elements to an isotope of lower atomic mass and shorter half-life. This results in an *accelerated rate of decay* of the radioactivity of the deadly EMF radiation. The positively charged surroundings are decontaminated at a rate much faster than normal -and prevents further contaminiation.

Every orgonite device, once created, works permanently. Its function is not based on setting an intention (even though that can be helpful when connecting to its energy), in other words, orgonites work the same way whether you believe in their potency or not.
